Looks like it. From their site:

Wymore Guitars is Closing for Business!!

That's right, after almost 10 years in business I have decided to move on to bigger and better things!!

We will be taking a short vacation this week and then we will be re-opening the website with some great liquidation deals on all remaining stock on hand. We will also maintain our Ebay store for a few weeks to help with the liquidation process. All payments for liquidation items will need to be either PayPal or Money Order. No credit card orders will be accepted since we will be shutting down our merchant accounts.

If you have any questions while the store is closed please e-mail us at: sales@wymoreguitars.com

Thanks much to all the our customers who have been supportive of our business over the past 10 years. We appreciate your support!!

That sucks. I was getting ready to order some stuff. I'll have to make sure I get in when the site is reopened.

This is highly disappointing! I only discovered Wymore a few months ago, I've bought three times, and I was looking forward to many more purchases.

I used to buy Duncans from Guitar Heaven in Tennessee. Then they closed. I was waiting for a killer Duncan dealer to come around. I thought Wymore was going to be it for me.

Oh well, Good luck to the Wymore folks on whatever they do next.

Well ****. They're always had top-notch customer service, and great prices to boot. I'm sad to see this.

Rob Paar at Allstar Magnetics. I think that was where Wymore was getting them.

That was my first question, too ...BUMMER! I've only spoken to John on the phone, but he seems like a really cool guy. I was all set to order some A8s from him next week, but they've been backordered...not expecting that to change for the blow-out sale...

I saw nothing pickup-specific on the Allstar site...I REALLY hope there's another comparable supplier there, I was just about to finally try mag swaps!!

Best of luck to John, but that still sucks!

I've had good luck with a dude on ebay, can't remember the username, but seems to be the only one doing it on there.

I saw that earlier today, it really sucks. The thing I loved best about Wymore is that they always had cheap shipping to Canada. Usually only $4-5 depending on the item, where most other places charge $10-15 for shipping (which is a ripoff for snail mail). Looks like I'll have to find a new favourite place to buy guitar stuff.
You can run over a Tele with a pickup truck, pick it up - and it'll still play out of tune

You said it man, awsome place! I had just ordered all my 6 magnets from them because of thier awsome shipping to canada, and now just seen this post.

I scincerely hope he isn't closing shop due to bad ecconomy or hard times with his biz, because myself being a very successfull internet marketer I would have helped him get his site rocking for nothing, just to help the community out, as it seems everyone here either knows about him or finds out about him through SD. INternet Biz is thriving and there should be no immeadiate reason to shut down if he got the right help.

But as thier mail said maby he really is moving on to bigger and better things, I have a friend that owns an auto parts store right by my house, and he's making great money, but he's had enough and just waiting for his lease contract to end. So could be Jhon has just had enough.

Either way it's sad, because he had such an excellent little store.

I will miss this store, not because of the great personalized service that they have, not because of the great deals and components they carry, but because John is a friend and a fellow SD forum member!

John was great to deal with. I've ordered several times from him and he was always a pleasure to deal with and his service has always been top notch! He will be missed for sure.
