I'm going to be a geek and say Brock Samson.

Awesome! Four votes for Brock, zero for everyone else. You guys have way better taste than I assumed.

He gets off some great lines in Rules of Engagement. He was hysterical in Underdog too.
But no, he will ALWAYS be Puddy!
Death Or Glory - Who Dares Wins
Brock. Of all the voices he does, I'd say he fits Brock better. Joe is a close second, though, but only because it's a slightly different type of humor.
Never saw too many Tick episodes, so I can't say on those. And I was never a fan of Seinfeld.
He did good in Get Smart, even though he was only in the last 5 minutes.
And the voice fit the build, which surprised me. The guy who did the voice for the lead character in Gears Of War is a heavyset guy who couldn't really fit into the actual costume, but I could see P.W. dressed as Brock, or Joe.

It's a tie between Joe and Brock for me. For purposes of the poll I'll give the nudge to Joe, since I watch(ed) way more family guy than the venture bros.

Was Puddy also the character in the M&M's commercial? (You know… the one voted "Greatest M&M's commercial of all time"?) Puddy takes it for me.
I also enjoy him in the role of Jeff on Rules of Engagement.
And Joe. I watch Family Guy reruns constantly.

No love for "Emperor's New Groove"?

Oh don't get me wrong, I <3 me some Venture Bros. I really appreciate the writing - very witty at moments, and then totally absurd at others.
Family Guy has been part of my life longer than the Venture Bros though. Brock is more of a central character than Joe I guess, so I guess Brock gets a slight edge in that regard. To me, no matter how many times I watch family guy, very few episodes have grown stale to me. Some I can watch over and over and it's still great, even after all these years.
Full Disclosure: My favorite Adult Swim programming is probably Tim & Eric right now. (ATHF was back in the day)
