As I stated in an earlier thread, I got a DiMarzio PAF 36th Anniversary bridge pickup in yesterday. I put in in my Les Paul, and while it sounded good, I felt that it really wasn't the best guitar for this particular pickup. So I decided to give it a shot in my AM Deluxe Fat Strat. Oh hell yes! Talk about making a guitar come alive with tone. The bottom end is punchy and defined and the top end is just bell like. There's some nice air moving through the mids, with a touch a compression- which I wanted in this guitar. I am extremely happy with this pup in this guitar.
