    Default Roxie, The Dog Next Door Is About To Eat Very Well

    I bought some Top Sirloin today for like $1.29 for 12 ounces. I bought a ton of it and threw it in my freezer, but I kept some out for Roxie. She's the dog next door and she loves me. I feed animals better than I eat ...lol. I'm gonna feed her in a few and she's gonna love it!! Yaaaaaaaaaaay!!

    The only reason I do that is because I think she loves me more than her owners. I always go over there and play with her and love on her. Animals need that. They also deserve awesome food!! And I have no problem giving them that..lol

    I hope her owners don't mind. My dog is such a mooch she'd get really fat fast if the neighbors fed her, too. One of her favorite things is when I walk her by the neighborhood kids. They all pat her and make over her. I heard one say to another, "everyone loves this dog." She is just beaming when that happens.

    Animals do need that. Wait, we're animals aren't we all?
    It is possible that mankind is on the threshold of a golden age; but, if so, it will be necessary first to slay the dragon that guards the door, and this dragon is religion.

    Biologically, we are animals. We are Homo sapiens sapiens, a species of Hominid that evolved in Africa and spread to most of the Earth. It is true that we are, in every sense, animals.

    Except for that crap about needing love. That's just a load, in the most scientific sense.

    I scored at the local chain market this week. I got $41 of meat for $14! Fresh and Easy discounts all manner of food on the day of expiration; Santa Maria tri tip, skinless salmon, steelhead trout, 1-1/4" thick pork chops, Aidells sausage.

    Now here is the way a man of high aesthetic sensibilities and good taste dines;
    Balsamic Vingarette dressing over fresh tomato and onion and lettuce salad, Fresh Spring Lamb Loin Chops and Fersh frozen spinach. Washed doen with a good Prter beer.

    Dogs don't even take the time to taste their food, they just swallow it.

    Wanna make a dog your best friend? Throw it 15 cents worth of hot dogs. They'll never know it's not filet mignon!

    Jolly,

    That's a sweet thing you're doing. Very generous of you. I'm an animal lover too.

    Not trying to give you a hard time, but please check with the owner first. One of my dogs has a strict diet. She cannot digest solids like meat. If she does, it creates some kind of swelling or bloating and she cannot pass food. It creates a blockage and is very scary for us to witness the dog's discomfort. Several times we've had to take her to the vet. We've taken her off solid foods and she now eats nothing but soft or canned stuff.

    A long time ago, my neighbor thought it was cool to throw bones into our yard for our dog. I had to immediately tell him to stop becuz my dog would chew up the bones, which would splinter and possibly be fatal.

    Its great what you're doing, but might be in everyone's best interest if you let the owners know...

    Peace & love...

    If I know I'm going crazy, I must not be insane.
