I am trying to find out if SD offers a Custom 5 with a nickel or chrome cover. If it is possible to get one, will the cover have any affect on the tone?

Nickel covers are available as a stock, special order item.
Chrome covers are only available through the Custom Shop.
Covers do not affect the tone.
I have a C5 in chrome that I am either trading or selling. I have posted in the Trading Post.
