I usually pull up beside their car and roll down the window and ask what's been going on and shoot the breeze for awhile! I know most of the police on this side of the river!

Smile. Compliment them on how well they wear their uniform. Offer to take them to dinner. Tell them you're not that kind of girl.

I usually talk **** to them because I usually drinking with them or shooting guns with them.

Here in L.A. you're almost obligated to run. Don't stop. Drive around in circles until the news has picked up media coverage on you. You can confirm this by calling your buddies on a cell phone or repeatedly driving thru your 'barrio'.
Once you're confirmed you're on TV, you must have someone jump out into traffic in a lame attempt to stop you. Wait for this person to come close to the car as possible - then take off!
After 2 hours of driving in circles on surface streets and freeways you should then come to an anti-climatic stop for no reason and act as if nothing ever happened and you're confused as to why there's 4 dozen cops chasing you. At this point you should do exactly the opposite of what the cops tell you. They love that. This will help you during your trial to confirm that you're stoopid.

There's a couple cops who stop into my Citgo pretty regularly. One actually IS a black cop named Chris and and another guy named Matt. They don't bother anyone. They usually aren't even in uniform. Chris is actually really nice (even if he is ten feet tall).

It's funny you mention that because every single black cop I have met was very courteous and helpful. I continue on about my business, because in all likelihood I am not breaking the law, behaving suspiciously, or have anything to hide.
