    Can't cause of the Army and the Fire service....... but once many moons ago I did while on a vacation about a week was all it took.......and not bad if i say so myself....lol!

    I used to have facial hair in my entire 20's pretty much, but I personally feel that I look too old when I grow that crap out now. Hell man, I'm 43....I'm trying to look as young as I can nowadays.

    I've had one since I'm about 18. Occasionally shave it, it reaches its optimal length in about two weeks. It's not very long and never has been.

    Weird, it's really part of me now actually... It compensates for my complete inability to grow any other facial hair.

    I wore a goatee for about 10-12 years, but shaved it off when it started going gray. I always kept it short and neat though. I can grow one in less than a week if I need to though.

    Right now? Since I'm not working I just don't shave until I just can't stand myself any longer. I can last about 10 days and then I go crazy. I am on day 10 of my current no shave routine if that tells you anything.
