I've actually thought of opening takeout buffet type restaurants similar to cheap Chinese places. Mine would be Thanksgiving Day Buffet, where everything is Thanksgiving dishes, and you pay set prices for 2, 3, 4 item combos, just like a Chinese place.

So at any time, a customer could walk in, pay $5 - $8 and get a Thanksgiving dinner in a carton. If it works, it'd make a great franchise.

I think that's a great idea!
Thanksgiving dinner for different nationalities of ppl living in the US, & different locations really vary & covers a lot of bases as far as the dishes are concerned.
