Default Humbucker polarity/phase: (two bridge pickups, one flipped around as neck) sounds?

in the middle of a 3-way (I don't mean playing guitar while sexing 2 ladies up), will there be any difference in phase between a normal neck in the neck, bridge in the bridge vs. a bridge turned around 180 in the neck, and a bridge in the bridge (normally oriented)?

No difference. A pickup responds to string movement as it gets closer and farther away from the pickup. Not back and forth in front of it. So, no phase difference if you rotate it in its mount.
