47, are ye? There are some good choices here.

True but I was thinking more along the lines of Joanne Whalley (49). Then, I tried desperately not to think about her. Or Vaseline. (Dennis Potter TV drama series reference, folks!) Then, well, let's not go there.
You've also got your Linda Fiorentino, your Sela Ward, your Diane Lane…
Here. Try this:

Sunday is spoof day.
A few days ago, a thread started under the title "I forgot how great NOTB was!". [Iron Maiden content.] Some comedian modified that title to NKOTB. [Woolly woofter content.] Next, we had KNOB. I could not resist rearranging the capital letters to spell BONK.
Unfortunately, the expression "bonk" triggers different meanings in different cultures. Ideally, some of them should be combined. The energy drink would be handy when attempting my intended meaning of the word.

This part I got, though it took me most of a day to work out what the NKOTB meant. Ever-so-slightly before my time and out of my cultural sphere. I totally thought it was North Korean something and I was just waiting for it to get nuked. No pun intended.
I'd never heard Bonk used...ever. In a sentence said by anyone. Just threw me.
Though I'm slowly catching on to your original meaning. You old dog.

In my neck of the woods you can bonk something over the head with a bat or you can be bonking someone's girl on the side. Neither of which made any sense in this context... a re-arranged acronym is a long shot.
