I keep seeing these trailers for RR movie or doc. rather but cant seem to find anything solid as to when it came out or if its out or what its actually about.

Does anyone know what this guy is doing with this doc and if its an actual thing or just internet blah blah blah?

that sucks i was looking forward to that but crap. i was going to buy After Hours with randy rhoads but a guy told me it wasnt worth it because it was really poor quality.

As for "After Hours", I've only seen clips, so I can't comment on the quality.

I hear they were also going to use a CGI Chris Farley, to play Ozzy. It's all true.

The CGI Part is bull****. David Spade actually built a time machine, so that Farley could appear in the film. Thats why it got shelved. Decided it was too risky to allow the public to know that time machines exist...and David Spade is the only one that has one.

well either way i would have loved to see the doc. just to get an insight on his life and what not.

Anyway i went ahead and bought the After Hours dvd it was like 20.00 bucks so no biggie either way. I am pretty excited though to get a real chance to see him play live and see what all the hub bub is. I talked to a few people that were big fans and they said that he is an amazing live player.

The two things that stick out about it are

1. how fluid he is
2. how tiny he was

i dont know nor was there anything i could find on the web as to why it wasnt finished. Although i did read that sharon O was a complete money grubbing B. And how she basically own most everything ozzy did post BS.

It would be a shame if money was the reason that people or even my generation couldnt see what a great guitarist he was.

No, it was around 90% complete when some crap went down. Michael Angelo Batio has been updating everyone on his forum about it's progress. He was one of the performers/interviewees.

Thing to remember before you start attacking Sharon is that Dolores Rhoads is very protective of her sons legacy and she would have a lot more power and reason to stop a film than Sharon (who could only stop them using music and archive owned by her company, a film could survive that as the many Kurt Cobain film attest to)

I haven't attacked Sharon. I merely stated this film is/was a reality. Another forum member is the one that brought up the possibility of Sharon halting the process... While it's possible, I don't think that's the case. Nor do I think Randy's mother is the culprit. She attends nearly ever Randy memorial show that's been put on. She seems all for her son being publicly remembered.
