I'd like to throw out a idea for some feed back. I already have a Strat with some Fender Custom Shops '69s. I've gotten a Tele body and neck. I'd love to have something that is in a new direction. Originally, I was thinking Hot Rails in the neck and bridge. I'm now thinking a Little '59 in the bridge and a Hot Rail in the neck. This, I hope, will give me more diversity than 2 Hot Rails and take some of the metal edge off. Is this a good combination? Will this be a huge difference from my Strat? Has anyone attempted this and what did you think of the results? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
