sustainiac humbucker (Stealth Pro)

i really like the idea of controlling my feedback at low volumes. So I'm interested by it but i can barely find any REAL reviews of the tone of this pickup when the sustain is turned off. How does that sound compared to a more traditional passive humbucker. And does the single coil driver act like a normal pickup or does only the humbucker sized sustainer do this?
