actually guys, MJ emailed me today, 180 for the humbucker and about 5 weeks lead time, i might go for it!


also i plan on tuning my 8 like paul gilbert does his 7, eadgb then the rest to octaves, should be awesome sounding

..Where did you find an 8-string guitar?? ..Did you buy the Meshuggah model or was it custom-made? ..If so, where did you get the parts(nut, bridge...)? ..I like the idea of an 8-string, though buying $trings would probably be a b!tch.
