    Default cyber series amps?

well, since i can't decide on an amp to fatten my curent sound, I decided, once & for all, to just get a fender modeling amp, i've heard great things about them, and they have less tubes than a bassman or twin so i can use it as a practice amp.

So now it comes down to which one

cyber twin (2x12, 130 watts, 2 12ax7's, 205 presets) can be had for about $600 ebay

cyber deluxe (65 watts, 1x12, 35 presets) can be had for about $500 ebay

cyber champ (65 watts, 1x12, 21 presets) can be had for about 350 ebay

whats important to me is a GOOD ammount of bass at my disposal, good reverb & delay, and a real natural feel. The cyber twin seems excessive but its the only one with tubes, so i think it'd be the only one to have that natural tube response, but i could be wrong. Any thoughts?

of the three, id get the cyber twin. the 2x12 means more bottom than either of the others and the extra power wil help too.

the cyber twin has some metal channels, i would throw on a marshall or prosonic model on and rock out

Generally modeling amps tend not to play well or in a like manner that they do with regular tube amps. My Line 6 amps just sounded weird with anything but a tuner in front of it.

well stratdeluxer has a massive pedalboard, and mods distortion pedals for half the people on the board, so my thinking is - this amp must be the exception to that rule

I believe he uses the pedals with his Marshall.

I own quite a few vintage amps,Marshalls and Fender, plus my CT..I rotate my gear all the time so nothing sits...I run my pedals through any of about 3 different amp setups,BUT: I use my CT probably most of the time these days when we play out and I then run my pedals through the CT....

I Like leaving my BF Pro Reverb,Deluxe Reverb, and my old 50 watt Marshall at home...The ct is just a great amp and has lots of versatility...
