    Default New Heritage Day X2

The UPS man earned his keep today on Charles st. I took delivery on 2 super sweet Heritages today!

2000 H 150. This is kind of like a 150 DLX but it doesnt have the multi ply binding. ALSB, MONSTER TOP, Seth in the neck, 59 in the bridge, bound head, matching head, belly cut and vintage style tuners. The neck is a little slimmer than normal and really fast! It has some battle scars, but still a great player! The low E, A and D nut slots were cut too deep, so i did the 'ol super glue and baking soda trick and re cut them to the propor height. IT SOUND FABULOUS!!!!

2007 H 157 Black Beauty. This is one that i sold to Heritags525 and decided to buy back when he re-sold. Its loaded with Schallers that sound great! Its bone stock and minty! I'm thinking about maybe having the top re-finished, but after seeing it again, its so beautiful....maybe ill leave it alone?

Why oh why would you ever even consider refinishing such a beautiful instrument?

    *****in' guitars.

OMG x 2!! yeah, Ive ALWAYs wanted a black beauty. If you refin that..

Congrats!! Man, I want to play a Heritage so bad to see if I like em!!
Believe me when I say that some of the most amazing music in history was made on equipment that's not as good as what you own right now.

If you refinish that black beauty, Les Paul will rise from the dead, come to your house, steal your LP, paint it black again, and then take it back to his resting place and be re-buried with it so there's no chance of you defacing it again.

    btw...SICK GUITARS!!!

WOW! Awesome guitars! I wouldn't refin the 157, though. Black "Customs" are beautiful, just the way they are! Besides, you buy enough of these things, I'm sure you can find a better candidate for a gold top.
