I was adjusting my guitar and I hit the front body leaving an ugly mark. I know it doesn't affect the sound, but the mark is so obvious that I'm very piss off.
Is there any way to remove it?

yes, it's like a dent. I will take a picture of it as soon as I arrive at home.

You have begun the relic process. Congrats.
If it really bothers you, there are some guides via google that will talk about using moist heat to pop it backout. I don't suggest it.
It's like that first ding on your new car. The 2nd and 3rd won't bother you as much.

The first one's the toughest, now that thats out of the way....play on!
Only you can decide what "good" sounds like!

a mark is nothing...wait till you take a CHUNK out of it!!!
Do you know what? you guys are right. Marks/dents on the guitar's body are part of the rock and roll. It was the first one, so I was a bit pissed off.
I did an amazing setup to my Ibanez S Prestige which involved truss rod adjustment, tremol-no installation and half-air the Tone Zone in the bridge. It became a killer guitar and I'm very happy about it. The dent doesn't bother me now.
