Thanks Scott. I took a day off yesterday to let my body rest and then did 750 calories on the treadmill this morning. I had a setback last night as a huge blowup with my wife and kids led to my crawling back to food for comfort. I hate to admit this, but I ate an entire box of breaded chicken patties with sauce and three pieces of bread. Whole grain bread, but really, does that matter, lol. Because my diet had been so strict for the whole day, the binge brought my total up to 3084 for the day and it showed on the scale this morning with no weight loss since from yesterday. I weigh myself every morning--I don't believe in the once a week thing. Just like a daily calorie count, I want a daily weight count as well. I wanted to hit 1000 calories, but I was nearly at six miles in a little over two hours and my body had it. I'm pooped
Well, I had mexican food with friends in Albuquerque tonight and then hit the elliptical for a half an hour to continue the rehab on my knee. No beer however. So, little steps. Just trying to keep it off now. Much easier than losing it. You'll be where I am in a year. I know it sounds forever, but it'll go by fast.
