I think you might want to get a more authentic bridge than that though.
I'm pretty sure there's an authentic unobtainium one on ebay right now.

I am brand new to Fender and Teles. That's like speaking french to me.
I had to order the bridge plate and the brass saddles seperate to get the setup I have now. Whats the difference?
Edit: After I re-read this post, it comes across as dickish. I'm asking out of curiosity. Not being rude.

I really like it! It has a very rustic look to it, can't wait to see it when its done!
Make a joyful noise unto the Lord. Psalm 100:1

It's taking longer than I thought it would to get the neck and all the finishing pieces, but I did finally get my pickguard.
Nothing is buttoned down yet, this is just a mock up. I think I should have gone lighter on the guard, but the engraving gives a little bit of light to all the dark. All the screws will help give a little more to it as well.
I should get the neck thursday, should have ordered it a little sooner. I didn't think about how long it takes to build, and ship from Washington, to Georgia.

That looks seriously cool, man.
Now we just wait to see if your choice of fretboard makes or breaks it...![]()
I got society's blood running down my face...

How you would ever consider this to be the ugliest guitar ever is beyond me. I frickin' hate the tele shape with a passion, and even I am getting the hots for this. It just looks... classy. Like a really nice suit.

Yeah it's far from ugly.....in fact it's one of the nicer tele's I've seen! Great job!
BASSES: Fender Geddy Lee Jazz Bass/Ric 4003 Bass (Blue)
Fender 51 P Bass RI/Traveler Bass
Schecter 5 String (Sunburst)/Gibson SG EBO RI
Epiphone Rivoli (VC Sunburst)/Ovation CC-074
Warwick Thumb BO/Kramer DMZ 4000/
Fender Jazz 72 RI (Sunburst)/Ernie Ball Earthwood ABG
Fender P Bass (White)/DiPinto Belvedere Deluxe (Black)
Gibson 09 Thunderbird (Sunburst) Fender Jazz Bass fretless (Black)/Fender HMT bass (Red)
Gibson EBO AMPS: [I]Fender 300w tube head/Eden 4x10 1x15

Looks great, the appointments are a little too cowboy for me, but what would you expect from a tele? That wood and finish looks most excellent.

Looking good, and yeah... it's far from ugly!

I got my neck in today. I am very pleased with Warmoth!
It's a Warmoth Pro. I did go with a Brazilian rosewood fretboard.
I picked it from the line up. I thought it had a great grain and color.
6150 amazing feeling frets.
I'm ganna start putting everything together tonight.
I'm getting excited now! It's getting close to, new guitar day!
Now I just have to figure out if I want to finish the neck like I did the body.
