You should probably decide what kind of sound you want from the neck before deciding based on looks alone.

From those offered, I, personally, would most likely go with the P-90 neck and no middle pickup. I've never liked the sound of middle pickups, though.

I agree with Aceman, though. A P-rails could be really sweet.

Also, what's up those weird-ass half-breed headstocks? Did you do those with Kisakae? I assume they got hit by copyright issues or something?
Every love that made me lose my reasoning. Every chord that made my conscience ache. Every day spent counting hours. Well, none of them comes close to singing back a song inside my head.

    I remember calloused hands and paint-stained jeans, and I remember safe-as-houses self-belief.

Well, I am kind of all over the place musically. But I prefer warm clean tones. I use light overdrive at times, but nothing extreme.
I play, more classic rock, some jazz, and some punkish kind of stuff.
Like I said, I'm all over the place.
Basically I want to keep a nice tele sound in the bridge, but something a bit warmer and beefier in the neck.
I had a JazzN in there once upon a time, it was cool, but not really what I would call warm, nor really organic sounding.
I do like P90's and am kind of leaning that way, but I have this Mini HB laying around that might be a good fit too.

LEt me tell you about the time Aceman had a Tele....

Honestly, WTF is that gold cover in #3? Back to my Tele:

Duncan Tele bridge of your choice.
Middle: Hot rails tapped for splitting with a push/pull on the tone pot
Neck: Pearly gates in double black

Wire this thing with a five way switch, B, B+M, M, M+N slug coil, N

    All kinds of awesome....

However, I do dig the P-90 goodness. Is a P-rails an option? -Rails plus a Hotrails would be super awesome too!

I have a Gibson Mini HB with a gold cover from somewhere laying around, and I wanted to see how it would look to install that. I don't know if it's possible/easy to change the cover on it to chrome.
I dunno about the Hotrails I'm not really a hard rocker, the P-Rails is a possibility though.

I like #5 best for appearance and for the tonal possibilities with a JD bridge, vintage P-90 neck and 4-way switching.

I would say 1 and 2 will give you more sound options. 5 could be a simple and yet very useful set up. I would have to say in all honesty I have no experience with P-90s or mini-buckers.

I voted #5, but I'm a little torn because I also liked #4 almost as much...

Whatever you do, don't use gold anything...just doesn't look right.
I started out with nothing...and I still have most of it left.

Yeah, I have a gold Mini HB laying around I started this thing because I've heard that Mini HB's sound great in the neck of a Tele. I wonder how tough it would be to swap covers for a nickle one.
