Default What to put in my Epi Sheraton?

It's a 96-97 Sheraton (not Sheraton 2, if there is a diference). It's fitted with stocks, which aren't terrible, the neck one is actually rather nice. Bridge seems bit weak.

Anyone modified a similar or exact guitar?

I want to retain the guitars' mello "jazzy noodlings with a cognac, lights low" vibe, but have the freedom to rock out a bit too, but not quite the paint blistering kind.

and no pot swopping out and caps fiddlings in the f hole for me...

    hope you guys can help...

    Epiphone '96 Sheraton: Stock 'buckers
Samick Tele: Tele HotRails in bridge + stock neck

Vintage style Duncan humbuckers: a set of 59's, Antiquitys or Seth Lovers would be good choices. The 59's would be the brightest and would make your Epi sound like an early 60's Gibson.

I really love the Seth neck and Custom Custom in my Hamer Monoco...it's a semi-hollowbody.

That set gives me vintage '58 Gibson clean tone for chords from the neck pickup and a hotter thicker tone for blues and rock solos from my bridge pickup.

If you like the way Eric Johnson or Larry Carlton sound playing thier ES-335's go for a set of 59's.
