I'm still not clear about pointy(er) superstrats i.e. guitars that are generally Strat-shaped but with a pointy headstock and pointier horns (which is basically all I have).

Personally I think there should be a different thread for those because of the sheer amount of competition from certain individuals here but it'd be funny that when the time came they would be considered too pointy

A pointy headstock DOES NOT make it a pointy. Must be body points. You are referring to superstrats. There will be a superstrat category.

I can't believe you have sold this beast.

That was one guitar that I would not have sold had finances allowed me so. Had bills to pay and GAS to feed. On the positive side I sold it for nearly double what I paid for it. Yet at the same time I feel like I abandoned a newborn infant. I suck.

Isn't that the worst? I let a couple of monsters go to prove to the EX wife that I could be fiscally responsible. A fat lot of good that did!

I think he means the Parker and that Washburn that only has a pointy headstock.

"Pointy" refers to Walocks and Warriors and King Vs and Rhoadses and Explorers and Flying Vs and those types. A pointy headstock does not constitute a "pointy guitar".
