Just arrived today. Duncan 59 set sounds cool, but not really for me. Not sure what, but I'm thinking either double cream or zebra (or both) with a black pickguard and amber knobs. You know I always gotta be different.

Limba, black or white, is without doubt my favorite tonewood. That guitar is gorgeous!
I started out with nothing...and I still have most of it left.

The wood grain is stunning!

Beautiful stunning guitar but wait until you guys see what happens. The corrosion on the hardware tipped me to something. By the way TC is gonna be upset about this. I bet it will all end well though.
Aint no pro but I know what I like....
Guitar to sound output:
Hamer, Dean, or Various, Levy's straps, Dunlop straplock/picks, Daddarrio strings 10-46, Duncan, Dimarzio, Mogami, Monster, MojoDrive pedal on occasion, Marshall, Crate, Vox, Mesa Boogie, Black Shadow Celestions, Eminence,..

Its inside a recessed carving.
Actually, its probably going to be on the block. But I want the cream Dimarzios that are currently in it.
I like aged hardware.
I saw your post.....great......

Awesome Vector, Bro. Congrats. Hamer USA stuff is beyond words.
Now, can I have your white Gibby V? you don't need it anymore with that beauty in hand![]()

Very nice!
That piece (those pieces) of Limba are real interesting looking...very dark for white limba but not black limba at all!
Those are such great guitars....I'm gonna have to have a one of those one day, and a Limba Standard too...I need mates for my Moderne but at 5-7k for the 82/83 Gibsons...no way!

I've found myself really lusting after V's recently. I think it was the thread about V players that reminded me how cool they are. If I could have 2 more guitars it would be a V and a Junior and then I found this:
I saw this line up of the band and at the time it was about as overdriven as most folks played their guitars. Sounds really clean now.
Hamers are awesome, thats a great guitar! I like the zebra idea

Nice looking guitar! I like the natural look!
