Ever own or spend any length of time with a Fender Bass VI or similar six-string bass? Thoughts?

Excepting Allen Woody, favorite/most influential bass player?

    Jazz or Precision?

    Stingray or Rick?

    Dream rig?

    First bassline you learned?

    Best Jamerson bassline?

Indeed, yes; let us herald the Barry White of musical instruments.
    "Sho' you right."

And now, if the witness will answer the question -- what cab is ideal for your distinctive sound, and why that one to the exclusion of others?

Jazz or Precision? - Jazz, when I was a kid I would have said a P bass because of the symmetry. But as I've aged lol I think a Jazz is much more versatile
Stingray or Rick? - Rick although I love a Stingray, I think it's safe to say that Rickenbackers have their own sound.

Dream rig? I really like what I have now, but maybe and old Ampeg all tube head and bookend eden 4x10's and 1x15's

First bassline you learned? Hmmm well it was either Dazed and confused or Ironman lol

Best Jamerson bassline?- "For once in my life" with Stevie Wonder, but there are really just so many

Yes very very heavy lol, I'm either looking for and older Trace AH300 series with a matching 4x10 cab or the Orange Terror as a nice back up.
