    . . . and why would someone try to tell me, that this is an Epiphone Casino, if there is clearly NO dog ear P90's in sight ?

    I think that is a Casino, the EA-255 model. Early 70's MIJ

    I don't know that it is anything spectacular, a bolt on semi-hollow is not on my to do list.

    That period of epi didn't have names on some guitars and that guitar was never sold as a Casino...it was a mondel number, like Watt said...EA-225.

    They are semi hollow like a 335 is memory serves me and like has been mentioned they are bolt on necks...

    Truth is thay are pretty bad guitars.

    Just can not think of a 335-like guitar with a bolt on neck - it just feels sooo WRONG !
