I read a post about it and sounds like its what I am looking for. It would be easier to buy a pup made like that rather than swapping magnets

You'd be wrong.

just swap mags bro! it is cheap and easy and you can always go back to stock if you dont like it![]()

I have never swapped mags. But I did pull one out and put one back in a no name Chinese bucker and it was quiet easy. I say go for it. The only reason I have not mag swapped us because I like all the pups I have as is. Although I do often think about putting a ceramic in a alt-8 but thas just because I would like to see what it sounds like. Not because I don't like the sound

Do a mag swap. It sounds dangerous and complicated, but it's just as easy as changing strings.
Ibanez SZ320 / A2 Pro neck, Screamin' Demon bridge.
AllParts Strat / Toneriders Pure Vintage set
Partscaster #2 / JB-8 bridge.
Egnater Tweaker 15 + DIY 1x12 cab + Eminence Wizard / Roland Cube 60
Zvex Super Duper, EHX Memory Toy, Keeley BD2, Boss GE-7, CE-2, DD-5, Marshall Jackhammer, EHX Metal Muff TB.

I have never pierced my fingertips swapping magnets

haha!
But true. Mag swaps are easier and SAFER than changing strings.
