File your tax returns yet?

Just filed my federal tonight. Always like to get a jump on it early. It amazes me when people wait til the very last second to send in their returns, especially when you can e-file and send in a check whenever you have the scratch.

Only owe 36 bucks federal, which is hundreds less than last year but that's because I made a LOT less money this year.

Just waiting on a rent certificate so I can file my state.

Filed my 2010 taxes on 18 October 2011.

Will have to pay 21,237 to Feds sooner or later…

Incredible how US can apply tax to someone who does not live in US during that tax year.

More incredible is how a certain man running for nomination can get away with only paying 14.2% tax on his millions.

That is, above withholdings already taken. And I won't get w-2s until the end of the month.

Just waiting on info from my financial advisor on my Roth IRA, then I can file. I should get a nice chunk back this year, thanks to mortgage interest...
