Just a quickie.
I'm picking up my new Burny Lemon Drop tomorrow and just wondered your thoughts about grover tuners, nickel or gold.......just wondered what you'd go for ?
All the best

Not a great photo...I was thinking nickel too !

Every love that made me lose my reasoning. Every chord that made my conscience ache. Every day spent counting hours. Well, none of them comes close to singing back a song inside my head.
I remember calloused hands and paint-stained jeans, and I remember safe-as-houses self-belief.
By the way I'm fittin Seymour duncan "whole lotta humbuckers" and mi get the bridge and tail stop upgraded
Why do you say that Kam

Some pop-up that said he was online now and available for online chat. It was oddly funny to me.

Pops up every time you go to the site. He's obsessive about customer service....it's a col way of checking what stage your order is at and if you have any technical questions..
Must admit his service and attention to detail is 2nd to none.
Think I'll go for the Nickle Grovers

Another vote for nickel.
Nickel it is then guys.........ta
Don't bother with Grovers, get Schallers. Grovers made great machine heads in the '70s but the new ones are not of the quality they built their name on. I know, i have '70s ones (still great after all these years) and new ones (very average, barely acceptable). Schallers were great back then and are still great tuners now.
Lumbering dinosaur (what's a master volume control?)

I just talked to that Richard guy in the link and decided to go ahead and PayPal him the money for that guitar. That thing looked sweet! Thanks for the heads up about it!
I never fly because the Lord said: "Low, and I will be with thee."

Schaller FTW. Nickel tooo.
