    Default Wah question

I just bought a Zakk Wylde crybaby. Havent recieved it yet but I been reading up on it. Hearing alot about it not having a true bypass and that its a tone sucker. Is this just super critical guys trashing it or is it really that bad. Is it worth the work to to a true bypass mod on it?

Not tried that model. The original crybaby did suck tone when I had it. Wasn't a huge deal. I lost some high end.

I have no idea of the Wylde Wah is TB or not but FWIW, I prefer a non TB wah...I like the little bit of high end that gets shaved off.

That said if you want to make it TB when you get it it's not hard.
