I don't know. Sometimes, when I look at myself in the mirror and there's several Asians in the room, I don't know which one is me. As for Asians being open game, I wouldn't say so. I mean Grump and I make fun of ourselves a lot, but the whole Jeremy Lin thing has shown that in general people are too politically correct to take a joke. * Seated one night after returning from the Napali Coast on the island of Kauai I found my self at a " LUAU " after being on the camping trail for a week . Funny I thought to myself as I was invited :

" wow how's that for luck here I am a stranger and now seated with a plate of all kinds of stuff . "

As I ate the first shock was when I was asked how I liked the " Fish Eyes " of which I thought at first were dried salted olives and I smiled and said yes .

Next was the biggy as the nice local Filipino martial arts instructor dude who invited me as I walked past his home that night -

I was raised in a huge farming area with lots of farm laborers including Filipinos and I knew what they ate and as my newly made friend asked I just sort of smiled as I swallowed their pet .Heh heh - it didn't taste bad , kind of good to be truthful with a cold San MiguelI ate all kinds of crazy stuff in Mexico when on many a surfing safari there like [ smoked crickets with corn fungus ] ( this fungus is considered a gourmet delight comparable to Italian white truffles ) , went down smoooooooovely with a cold Dos Equis
