SD pickup change, Parker Fly Mojo?

Anyone switched out the Jazz or JB in their Parker Fly Mojo to a different Duncan?
Results?

Are the stock pickups fastened downwards from the top (like a soapbar P90) or fastened upwards from below (like a Danelectro "lipstick tube")?

Always wonder that myself.


Anyways, If I had a Parker I'd check the pots, I know the import models with Jazz/JB set have 250k pots.

The pickups are fastened with two screws through the tops of the pickup coils down into the body. They are hex heads and pretty easy to spot. I have put Full Shreds and Distortions in. The Distortion bridge is a tight fit as it is thicker then the JB, but it does fit with just enought room for string clearance.

The results are much the same changing pickups in any other guitar.
