DIY Cigar Box Guitars!

Someone had posted a while back on Cigar box guitars, I was intrigued to say the least. So I did some more research and found some video I thought I would share. I am in the process of making two guitars now, and both are different styles of construction. I have learned that there is no right or wrong way to make one just have fun doing it.

a friend of mine has one and the sheep love it. i hate the damn thing cause he never plays it in tune since the action is so high but whatever. usually it only comes out for a song or two

Someone had posted a while back on Cigar box guitars . . .

That might've been me. I posted awhile back about the Hand Made Music Clubhouse. I've been gathering up cigar boxes ever since. My problem is, the boxes that are large enough for a "proper" guitar body are too cool to cut up. Some are made of some pretty exotic woods, including some made of rosewood.

I've just got to bite the bullet and cut into one.

Edit: I love his last line . . . "No one has more fun than people."
