Tube parameter question...

Well, I don't know a thing about tube parameters/ratings etc, or anything electrical in general , so if anyone could help out here I'd be much obliged

Am I right in assuming this EL84 would breakup early/have low headroom? Or would it be more like "medium" breakup?


Ia = mA 37.00
S = 10.8 mA/V


Measured parameters at Ua = 250V & Ug1 = -7.5V Ug2 = 250V where 100% is : Ia=48 / S=11



Also would I be able to replace a tube rated "PC/Ia 33.00 mA, TC 3025" with this one (Ia 37.00 mA, S 10.8) without having to re-bais? ie ..are the parameters close enough to not create problems...

They're for a set of NOS RFT El84's I bought off ebay
