No it wasn't. I was curious about your perspective about another situation where a crime is comitted but is disreguarded by the person who commited it, on the basis of a personal point of view, not that it alters the fact a crime has been commited in the eyes of the law. Piracy is no different, a crime has been commited and it makes no difference what you think, in the eyes of the law. The only morality that comes into play are the laws of the land.
