    I like a couple of her songs, but I really like this new Tele even more. Just for its simplicity.

    I can't remember the last time I picked up a Squire, how's the quality these days? One of those new Blingvaders would look good in there.

    Ha, "blingvader"...

    I actually like some Avril songs... Need something as a break between melodic death metal and grindcore to make the heavy stuff seem heavier.

    Anyhow, the guitar: I want to know if the middle position of the pickup coil selector is in series or parallel. Looks like a straightforward and kinda simple guit for rock. I think this is the first Telecaster that I haven't immediately hated.

    If it were a 7 string, I'd get it. (Mostly because I'm currently considering getting a 7 more than any other reason.)

    The quality is fine but if this is anything like the Squier John5 model, then the neck will be seriously small!

    I've had good luck getting a Squier, then putting Mighty Mite necks on 'em.

    Solid woods, good finish, and half the price.

    Might need to change out the pickups, but I figured that was a given aorund here.
