Right now? Meat... Lots of it. Select cheeses, green veggies (broccoli, spinach), eggs (deviled!, or hard-boiled with Guldens mustard). Nuts, like almonds, pistachios, etc... Sardines, herring, tuna in oil. Mmm.

Btw , how come we call them marsh "mellows", when they are actually MArsh-"mallows", and what does it have to do with a marsh?

The original marshmallows were made from a plant called Mallow that grows in swampy areas, it also might be because they're soft. The original Marshmallows were a confection for medicinal purposes and were made from Mallow, Honey and Meringue.

Available at Waitrose in posh locations. Keep in warm place for 2 days before opening. On second day drive to France to buy bread. Get home, open crust, dunk bread in the goo and enjoy.
