I have a complaint about frankfalbo.

I started a thread requesting some guitar parts. Frank said he could get them for me and stated the prices. I paypal'ed him the money on 29th November of last year.

Long story short, i am still yet to receive anything from him, and am unable to contact him via email or Private Messaging (he is not replying).

Am not able to make a paypal dispute because the transaction was more than 45 days ago.

I am hoping he has just forgotten to send the parts...but i have emailed him frequently with no reply.

Frank's been really busy with his new job at SD. Still, that's no excuse for such a long delay in getting a hold of you.

I suggest PM'ing him ... there is a thread in OT asking him to clear out his PM box, and apparently he has done so.

the Crazy thing is that when I was dealing with him, he was active on the board and online frequently, just not responding. I had to leave 5 messages on his voicemail at SD before he responded.

I feel your pain. I had a problem similar to that of yours. I ended up calling off the sale between him and i because he was almost impossible to get ahold of and it would have taken months (on top of the 2 a half months already) to get the item i was getting from him. i don't blame you for being frusterated.

I paid for 2 guitars: a Strat w/ Strap Loks, Strap, & HSC. DID NOT receive the Strap Loks or Strap. And an ESP EC-300 which I did NOT receive at all.

well, another update on my whole beandip fiasco, where he received $60 US from me and I received nothing. After a hell of a long time, he finally did reply to one of my many PM's a few weeks back.

That really sucks, bro. Sounds like for some people, lying, cheating and stealing are their only forms of currency. I hope this gets resolved, but I'd be steaming mad, just as you are.

As one of my favorite people (not sarcasm) once said, "Fool me once, shame on me; fool me twice, well, you're not gonna fool me again."

That said, it's not Fender Fan's fault, by any stretch. It's not like he asked and the dude said "sure I'll pay you." The guy came out of the blue after how ever many months, and just said "here's the deal, I'm sorry, I'll send you money." There's reasons not to believe that, sure, but it takes a LOT of balls to apologize again, a year later, and say you'll send money, and ditch it again.

I doubt Fender Fan really expected that money this time either, but it's still his right to come on here and tell everybody. He's *darn* right!
