    Default newby HSS polarity question

I am currently making a parts caster with alder body and maple neck. I mostly play pop\ rock and am thinking of a STK-S6 bridge, APS-2 neck and middle. The pickguard is standard Fender with one volume and two tone. My question is can the middle be reversed polarity and what wiring diagram would be appropriate? Thanks
