Just installed an SH4b and SH2 in a Gibson V. First time ever doing a pick up install.

Can anyone think of a reason why the bridge humbucker would be 5-6db quieter than the neck? Assuming pickup height to be equal on both. To me, the SH4 sounds thin and weak while the SH2 wants to tear your head off.
