Cool An interesting FB post from a friend of my son's

I'll give you a bit of background. Talented athlete, grew up in a tough part of town, young man that works hard. Had a scholie to play football at a D1 school, had some issues. Got another chance to play at a D1AA school. I coached him as a kid and he and my son played a lot of games together over the years.

This kid's been through a lot and I love his sense of fight. He's fighter and a baller and has a heart of gold. He's a dad these days and is really being a dad, stepping up for his son. Calling out his haters that have settled...

    ---------------

Im sitting here asking myself why is it so many people from B/CS have so much to say about someone who doesnt talk to anyone from there besides my family? I came to conclusion that most of yall aint doing **** wit yur lives and content with gov't assistance and jobs yu dont like and barely making ends meet. Well DANIEL refuses to live iike that so its a DEGREE AND however much else education i can get to better myself...YOU clowns keep hating and ima keep getting educated...

The irony of the slang and the getting educated is not lost on me either! Sure wish these kids would converse with grammar. But I guess that isn't cool.

well, the sad part, to me, is that working hard and having a degree doesn't mean a whole lot any more.

i wish him all the best.
