But with black hardware; Sperzels, Hipshot, input jack, etc. And I like that it's a hardtail because I don't do Floyds. I can see using a black Hipshot like this

Less bass on the low strings, higher strings remain thicker. Always made sense to me.

Broken corner is a must for mojo. I don't do much crazy trem stuff these days but gotta love a high quality Floyd. White Gold finish is perhaps the nicest Ibanez has offered on these.

Indeed, especially in the bridge position of a Strat - surely you'd want the top strings to be warmer there.

I think the SDX isn't made in China, but rather, in India. Remember the other X Series models are being made in India.
