Why Do People Capitalize The First Letter Of Every Word? It's Annoying As Hell And Just Makes You Look Stupid.

Are you talking about in titles, like the thread titles here ? If so, it's because that's the correct way to write a title. With the rather rapid demise of language and the written word, i'm glad to see it's one of the tradtional aspects that's still with us.

A title looks better written that way, imho.

Capitalized titles are a must.

Capitalizing every word in a sentence puts you on my 'To kick in throat' list.

IF YOU TYPE YOUR POST IN ALL CAPS LIKE I AM DOING RIGHT NOW, IT AUTOMATICALLY CONVERTS ALL EXCEPT THE FIRST LETTER OF EACH WORD TO LOWER CASE.
