Default strat project vote for a middle pickup

alright I'm building a mahogany bodied strat the body is routed HSH and I have a set of P-Rails hot pickups already (with UO A5 mags installed).

I'm posting a poll to gather ideas on a middle pickup.

I will likely install triple shots on the p rails I'm mainly looking for a middle pickup to add more of a single coil vibe to 2 and 4 positions or a middle only position.

I'd ideally like to wire it to do traditional 3 way neck, neck + brige, bridge but I'd like to be able to blend in the middle pickup to taste.

Either a vintage strat stack, noiseless middle pup, lace sensor blue, or quarter pound.

Definitely Cool Rails. One of Duncans unique pups. And if you happen not to like it, they sell easily in the Trading Post.

an alnico 5 vintage staggered. mind you my silver lace sensor sounds pretty fine in the middle position. however, the vintage single coils with staggered pole pieces are a bit mystical. they have character..and a bit of noise.

None. I'm not convinced they have much purpose for me. But I'm still new to this whole strat thing.

Or if its already routed and will not have a pickguard then I would choose something typically strat, ssl1, or antiquities are nice too.

Duck Bucker. For the purpose you describe, I think it will work the best out of the three.

those lace sensors could be interesting and they are available in cream which would match my p-rails whereas the duncans would be white or black
