    Default Hofner Futurama Guitar 1950's

    Hi,

My grandad is going to give me his futurama guitar this week, not sure what to expect as google doesn't seem to have a lot of stuff on these, probably due to it being a 50's guitar. Anyone had any experience or know anything about these?

    Thanks

Most of the early British guitar gods started out on these along with many other poor Brits who couldn't afford Fenders or Gibsons. I played a couple when I was in my early teens but I don't remember much about them. But it's free !!!! Have fun.
