    Default NGD!

Thought I'd stop by and fill you guys in about a recent purchase, a Washburn Renegade. Freaking stunning, plays like a dream, the epoxy fretboard is incredibly smooth. It sustains for DAYS. Here's the pic (not taken by me, taken by Bloodrose- excellent trader btw.)

It's a Alt. 8 bridge and a Jazz neck. I was pleasantly surprised by the tone of both. They sound awesome.

    looks pretty cool.

man, googling some washburn axes, they have some cool looking stuff out these days - carbon glass composite boards, SS frets (oops, sorry Jolly, I meant S-t-a-i-n-l-e-s-s S-t-e-e-l!), nice hardware. kinda makes me want a washburn shred stick.

I have always been into that particular shape. Sweet score.
Hard Rock - gain on 5 - singing about good times.

Heavy Metal - gain on 10 - screaming about something.

Glad you are happy bro! Yeah, those things are amazing and for what they cost, its really unbelievable. the fretboard is slick as ice (the composite board is really killer) and that guitar sustains great, considering it has a floyd.

    Happy Riffing!!
Believe me when I say that some of the most amazing music in history was made on equipment that's not as good as what you own right now.

I always liked those guitars. If I were in the market for a super-strat type, one of those would be on my short list.
