    Default I'm starting to think...

That I'm not as picky as I once thought. I have had the opportunity to play guitars with the alt. 8 bridge, 59/custom8 bridge, the JB bridge, and I loved all of those pickups.

perhaps that's because they all are good pickups, you know as with most things they are built for specific applications. You can have a bunch of different quality tones you know?

I know for sure this is why. I am pretty much down with any good quality humbucker that I can use for metal or rock.

My thoughts have pretty much all been said. They are all great pickups and in the right guitar, they can all deliver the goods!!
Believe me when I say that some of the most amazing music in history was made on equipment that's not as good as what you own right now.
