    Default New KISS

Flame away but I actually enjoy it, been a long time. Sounds like Tommy wrote the riff and they're actually letting him be himself instead of a bad Ace impersonator.

Cool. It's been pretty depressing to see Gene being emasculated by his TV show for the past few years. That psychologist really did a number on him.

I thought it was alright. I think Sonic Boom was a pretty good album as a whole. Looking forward to this new album!

Wasn't much on Sonic Boom, to me it came off like they were trying way too hard to be "KISS". There where a few highlights but not an albums worth.

That tune didn`t do much for me but there`s still a whole albums worth of tunes to go so the jurys still out, I thought Sonic Boom was really good if that makes any difference.

I like Sonic Boom and I like this. It'll be good if Tommy does get to do more of his own thing. He's my second favourite KISS lead guitarist.

gene knows exactly what he's doing at all times. in other words he's always in control. no head shrinker did anything to him that he didn't want done for the tv.

This I have been looking forward to. I liked Sonic Boom a lot. Even though Tommy was doing Ace type stuff, it didn't bother me. It made it sound like KISS, to me.

I haven't had a chance to listen to this new one yet (wife just had a baby yesterday) but I am going to try to in the next day or so.

Can't wait for the concert next month either. We're taking our 9-yo to her first KISS show. And with Mötley Crüe too. This kid is gonna get a good dose of rock that evening.

I thought about seeing the tour but I'm gonna pass for a better show coming later this year and I'm seeing Nuge not long after KISS and the Crue pass thru Tampa Bay.

A lot better than I expected. Still, the vocals could use a bit of burying.

And Tommy too. She knows and we've talked about it. That part is covered.

I'll give it to Gene, the guy has always had a great bass tone. Whatever he does bass wise totally fits the album.

    Thank you.

Hahaha. No kidding. I had to even miss the premier of The Amazing Spiderman! It's all good. This little girl is worth all of it.

Finally got a chance to listen to the song. Excellent. It has that upbeat, fun, high energy rock and roll that KISS delivers.

I think she's a natural born KISS fan. The wife was breastfeeding and the baby stopped, eyes wide open, just there listening. She fell asleep after it was over. Haha. Might need to fire up some more to keep her awake through the feeding.

I still love the triplets he laid down on Detroit Rock City. I don't think he's given enough credit as a bassist.

I was half expecting the Black 'N Blue singer to kick in with some vocals after the main riff - this is a good thing!

I find it catchy and better than most stuff I hear in passing these days. Sort of grabs me like Ratt's comeback did. Whoever produced this should get a high five and a slap on the arse.
