IbanezVBT700...what Dimarzios???

I might be picking up a VBT very cheap, Looking at the specs it says it has Dimarzio USA pups in it...anyone know what Dimarzios???

My bad, a little more reading and it turns out they are Dactivators....I think I willl go pick up the guitar this week!

Yup definitely D-Activators! I remember playing that guitar a lot a few years back. Really kick ass guitar for the money! I was hoping Ibanez would continue that line.

I actually might swap the Dactiviator bridge for a Super3.....it will be a righty converted to lefty.....

That's the only guitar that I've ever played in a store with a perfect setup. Just the lowest action with easy to bend strings.

buddy of mine found one of those a couple months ago for $250. It plays real nice, I'm pretty sure I fell in love with it even harder then he did.

Probably don't want to do that unless you know woodworking and have a router. If you think you can then rock on, if you have even a hint of doubt don't do it, chances are the guitar will end up in the trash. Go to Rondo.com, I got a LH Rhoads style V for $200. Right now they only have a Agile King V 7 string for $699, but their stock changes weekly.

I have a friend who's also a lefty who's converted righty V's to lefties lots of times....he told me he would set it up for me no problem....If it balances like his ESPs do I have nothing to worry about.....
