    Default Odd treble spike...

Hard tail strat with an invader. Alder body maple neck rosewood fingerboard 500k volume pot as the only control. Yes, it's a Tom delonge.

Searching around it seems as if a lower volume pot might help tame that spike a bit?

Any reccomendations/other stuff I should think about?

    Thanks

height adjustment? apparently those big dome screw-heads are tricky to land in the right spot. i think there are a couple threads on this...
but yes, a 300K or even 250K pot are also options. this is a 1-pickup guitar, right? so you can run whatever you want, as long as it works with the invader (it's not like you need to worry about mudding up a neck pickup)
