SOON, WE WILL ALL HAS A FLAVR!!1!

Since the subject has switched to beer, here are the poll results from the Home Brewers Association for beers, breweries, and imports.
Worth a look, might discover a new beer to try.

Oh deer, I can't bear it.
Lumbering dinosaur (what's a master volume control?)

I think Moose Drool is only OK. Their IPA is great, though. I think both Bell's and Samuel Smith have a better brown ale than Newcastle.

People are fanatical about Fat Tire, but I'm just not crazy about it.
And Crusty's post was worthy of coming from LesStrat or Lazarus1140.

I had pretty high expectations the first time I had it, but it was strangely light on flavor. Kind of like an amber ale for people who like really light beers. Now, if you can possibly find a Twisted Pine Amber, that's my local benchmark for the style, but my favorite local brew is Left Hand Sawtooth (ESB). I've drank gallons and gallons of that stuff since moving here in '99.
I'll tell ya, one beer where New Belgium knocked it out of the park is 1554 Black ale. Dang. It's a smooth, bitter-sweet trip.

^ Is that the official spambot avatar now?

That's where I'm at, too. It was novel at first but there's this strong caramel flavor I get that's just a bit too much for me. I like most of their seasonal beers better. I prefer it over most of the junk that's normally on tap, though.
I'm the same with Sam Adams. I don't really like their Boston Lager but I like the rest of their beers except for the light. Of course I'm not a big lager fan to begin with so that might have something to do with it.
